What to expect at your appointmentâŚby booking you are accepting these policies:
⨠If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment I will be unable to carry out your treatment, you will lose your deposit and you will be expected to pay the remainder of your appointment amount.
⨠Please come alone to your appointment. No children are allowed in Cosmic Beauty Salon for insurance purposes, and please don't bring anyone with you whether friends or family as there isn't seating available for them.
⨠You can re-arrange your appointment or cancel it up until 48hrs before, if it's within 48hrs then you will be expected to pay the remainder of your appointment amount. All deposits are non-refundable.
⨠I do not give refunds. Once you have paid and left the salon this means vou accept and are happy with the treatments and service provided.
⨠Please come to facial appointments with nothing on your skin including no makeup, and also to come to nail appointments with nothing on your nails unless itâs Gel done by Tabi. Failure to do so could result in your appointment being cancelled as I will be unable to carry out your treatment in the time given and/or might not be insured to remove the products. You will lose your deposit and you will be expected to pay the remainder of your appointment amount.
⨠You need a patch test 48hrs before treatments that involve tint or LVL. If you haven't had a patch test or treatment in six months you will need a new one. I can not do your treatment if you haven't had a patch test.
⨠Please contact Tabi within 24hrs after vour appointment if you notice any lifting or issues with your nails. You must arrange a new appointment for a free fix within 5 days of your intial appointment. Any issues after 24hrs is due to not following the correct aftercare and a fee will be charged for repairs.
